3. Container rupture risk
Decomposition reactions may generate large volumes of gas, leading to a rapid pressure build‑up within containers. If the container strength is inadequate or pressure‑relief devices fail, rupture can occur, resulting in leaks, fires, or explosions. 4. Auto‑ignition risk

5. Uncontrolled reaction risk

To mitigate these risks, ensure storage areas are well‑ventilated and temperature‑controlled, avoid heat, friction, and impact triggers, and equip sites with appropriate fire‑fighting and emergency response facilities.
